How long does shipping take?

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. You can expect your order within 2-5 working days depending on courier services.

Do your packers come with a warranty?

We offer a 6 month replacement warranty if any of our products are faulty. For this to be claimed we will require faulty units to be sent back to us for inspection before we offer a full replacement.

How long does the battery last for?

Roughly 100 seals!

How do I charge my vacuum packer?

Our Vacuum packers are charged using our USB cable provided. You can plug them into any USB port to charge them. 

Can I return my item?

We hope you love your Tussock outdoors goods but if for some reason you aren’t completely happy with your order, you may return or exchange your unused and unopened goods within 14 days of purchasing. Contact us at contact@tussockoutdoors.com if you would like to arrange a return.

Please note, we do not cover return shipping costs so these are at the customers expense.

Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship within New Zealand and Australia but we are busy trying to expand this. If you are overseas and would like to order something from Tussock Outdoors, please contact us at contact@tussockoutdoors.com  and we will arrange something for you.

Do you sell in stores?
